Our facility offers 13 different conference and meeting rooms in a central location in Frankfurt, right in the heart of the Rhine-Main region. We have decades of experience in organizing seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds.
Suitable for:
conferences, workshops, committee meetings, choir/music rehearsals (piano available), professional development and training sessions, as well as family celebrations.

12 modern meeting rooms — ranging from 24 m² to 375 m² — with natural light, state-of-the-art technology, and flexible seating arrangements.
From the Römerberg Hall, which seats up to 375 people and features a stage and gallery, to the small seminar room with 16 seats — diversity is our strength. The icing on the cake is our fully glazed Skyline Deck: hold your meetings high above Frankfurt on the 5th floor of our tower with a view of Germany’s unique skyline. State-of-the-art, high-quality conference technology, including multimedia displays, is a given.

Divisible rooms
The Museumsufer and Mainkai rooms can be separated or combined into a single space.
Room combinations
The Römerberg, Paulskirche, Ostend, Mainkai, Bornheim, Bockenheim, and Ostend venues are located close to one another and can be easily combined for large-scale meetings and conferences.
The Museumsufer and Sachsenhausen rooms are located near the Sepisesaal and can be easily combined.
Modernization
Almost all seminar and conference rooms have been completely renovated since 2017 and are mostly equipped with air conditioning.
Conference technology
Our meeting rooms are of a very high standard, as is our audiovisual equipment. And all at very reasonable prices. You’re also welcome to bring your own equipment. And yes — the free Wi-Fi really does work.
Light and Blackout
We place a high priority on natural light. All rooms have windows. The lighting can be adjusted throughout the space using modern touchpads. All rooms can be darkened—either with roller blinds or thick curtains.
Technology
Projectors, microphones, sound systems. We offer all of these, customized to fit the space. We also have PC speakers, small stereo systems, and CD players. Fun fact: We even have an overhead projector.
Conference materials
Mobile flipcharts and presentation boards are standard. The presentation kits are well-stocked. We’re here to help you let your creativity run wild.

Eat, drink, relax – indoors and outdoors
Our conference catering offers flexible solutions for events of any size – from simple refreshment breaks with water, coffee, and light snacks to fully stocked buffets featuring hot and cold dishes. We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients and an appealing presentation. Whether it’s a brief meeting, an all-day conference, or a festive corporate event – we provide the perfect culinary experience to energize and delight your guests, perfectly complementing your event. Please place your order well in advance (14 days before the event).
Your daily catering will be delivered to or in front of your room; lunch is served in the dining room or, weather permitting, in our picturesque courtyard. A large salad buffet awaits you; the main course is served at the counter, and dessert is self-service.
